1. Introduction
This document lays out the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products. Please read the Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this site or placing an order through this site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions; if you do not agree with all the Conditions, you should cease the use of this site. By using this website and placing orders through the same, you agree: To use this website only to make inquiries or place orders that are legally valid. Not to place any false or fraudulent order. If we reasonably determine that an order is false or fraudulent, we will be entitled to cancel the order and report it to the relevant authorities. To provide us with your true email address, mailing address, and/or other contact information. You also agree that we may use that information to contact you. If you do not provide all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order, you declare you are older than 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
3. Execution of the Agreement
The information contained in these Conditions and the website details do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to tender. No agreement exists between you and us unless and until we accept your order. After you place an order and click "Authorize payment," you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). This does not mean acceptance. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be notified via a Shipping Confirmation email when the product is dispatched. The agreement (the "Agreement") is formalized upon sending the Shipping Confirmation.
4. Availability of Products
All jewellery is made to order unless otherwise noted. Occasionally, limited stock may be available and will be clearly marked on the product page.
5. Refusal to Process an Order
We may remove products or modify content at any time. We reserve the right to refuse processing an order even after sending an Order Confirmation, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for such refusal.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided. Once dispatched, an email will notify you. Please ensure address accuracy; we are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping costs exclude local import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
7. Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. We strongly recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping at checkout to protect your order in case of loss or damage. We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, war, or government actions. Our obligations will be suspended during such events.
If any delivery issues arise, please contact us — we’re happy to assist you in communicating with the courier and providing any necessary documentation. However, we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
8. Price and Payment
Prices are as listed on the website unless there is an obvious error. In case of an error, we will notify you and give the option to reconfirm or cancel. If unreachable, the order is canceled and refunded. Payment is accepted via website. Charges occur upon dispatch.
11. Return & Exchange Policy
You have 15 days from receipt to return items in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories. Used, damaged, or dirty items will not be refunded and will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. For faulty products, contact us via email with details and photographs.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by UK law. Disputes will be subject to UK courts unless statutory consumer rights apply otherwise.

This website is operated by Holly O’Hanlon. I respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. When you place an order or get in touch, I collect information such as your name, email address, delivery details, and payment information. This is used only to fulfil your order, communicate with you, and keep proper business records. I may share necessary information with trusted services such as Stripe (for secure payment processing) and delivery companies, but never for marketing purposes. I do not sell or trade your data. Information related to orders may be kept for up to six years to comply with tax and legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
